Delete account
You can delete your Bonolama account at any time — in the Bonolama app for Android and iPhone or on bonolama.com. The account is deleted immediately and cannot be restored.
How to delete
- Open the Bonolama app or bonolama.com and sign in with your phone number.
- Go to “Account” → “Settings”.
- Tap “Delete account”.
- Check “I understand that recovery is impossible” and tap “Delete”.
No access to your phone number? Write to info@bonolama.com and specify the number linked to your account. We will delete it within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Phone number, name, gender, date of birth and your preference answers.
- Saved cards.
- Favorites.
- Points and tiers in venues’ loyalty programs.
- Support requests and correspondence.
- Device registrations for notifications.
- Unused promo codes and the remaining balance become unavailable — they cannot be recovered after deletion.
What is retained
- Records of orders and payments — without name or phone number. They are needed for accounting and refunds and are kept for as long as accounting law requires.
- Service logs of account activity — without name or phone number, to protect against abuse.
- If you own a company in Bonolama Business, the company and its deals remain. To delete them, write to info@bonolama.com.
